Pros
It's a well run place with lots of regulars and a great vibe. It's telling that the other staff have all been there since it opened, there's kindness throughout the team and when the owners are also working it feels like you're working with them not for them.
Cons
Wish it paid a bit more, they pay minimum wage only.
