Pros
First off, PenLink products are incredibly fascinating, and working with the Law Enforcement community has been a joy. It feels great working for a company that helps the good guys fight the bad guys, even if my role doesn't make a direct impact. The company culture is overall positive, and we're allowed to have a lot of fun in the office. We dress casually, dogs visit often, and Friday happy hours and company outings are standard.

Sometimes it is difficult to facilitate collaboration between teams and leadership could improve at communicating missions/goals/objectives to teams.
