Pros

Polite staff. Good location, good parking.

Cons

Leadership is unable to adapt to technology and post COVID world. Several leadership positions require at their own discretion for staff to come into office despite ability to work seamlessly from home. This seems to be because they are bored at home. Some teams come into the building and are isolated to cubicles, with no other departments on site. Antiquated system, even new or improved systems are not high functioning and usually extensive work arounds are needed to process basic tasks. Lack of communication and lack of transparency leads to hostile environment. Understaffed on a regular basis in many departments across the company. Failure to understand or adapt to the fact that talent is not coming onboard to stay for 40 years as prior generations did. Zero opportunity to move within the company. Zero promotion opportunities.

Pros

Clean, good parking, safe building and location

Cons

Lacks advancement opportunities Great pay if you are a male Compensation does not reflect Opportunity to work from home depends on who controls each division. Ask before accepting position. Systems are so antiquated that they are not able to support current workload. Bugs and system errors are just part of the role at this point. If a work around for an error cannot be established you may just be out of luck until further notice, which is likely weeks.

Pros

When I started they matched my PTO from my prior company (PNI offered less).

Cons

The review headline really says it all. I read a review on here from January 2021 that said: they would rather burn their ship to the ground than change course and I really think that sums it up.
