      There is no pros nothing is good.

      They hire candidates without any visions for there career. Ruin there career with false promises. Advice to everyone don't came in this company they ruin you career and there false promises.

      Politics and racist company mentality in the air of people tech

      Crooked minded people who doesn't respect employees dont join here only racist and communist mentality.

      Cons

      No salary hikes no employee benefits like TA,DA ,Health insurance, child care plans ,maternity leaves, no respect and if someone shares idea they treat it in a negative way , hellish mentality of people. No Salary hikes treat people like cats and dogs.
