      The coworkers can be fun.

      Cons

      Nepotism and favortism. The company has evolved tremendously in the past years but none of which has benefited the employees below management. Management does not care about employee success/growth and does not like when the status quo is challenged. Company provides zero upward mobility unless you’re favored.

      Free lunches and a casual office. It was nice to work with colleagues based all over the USA.

      Poorly run and operations flow changed constantly. Employees were pushed to over work and rewarded for being burnt out.
