Pros
Skill development rate would be very high as you would be exposed to diverse spectrum of projects. Small company which means you can fast tack communication between your colleagues. Would be a great fit for people searching for a career in power systems. Annual salary high percentage is pretty high.
Cons
Options for wfh are limited if you’re not a Senior Engineer There’s only one office in Australia, located in Sydney ( its only a con if you have got family/friends outside of Sydney). Starting salary maybe quite low
