      Hires people with minimal experience

      Cons

      Not an environment that is supportive for women who are looking to grow into a different role. Harassment and sexist comments from male employees Management that is underqualified and rarely present underpaid workers Drug tests field workers but not upper management or office workers

      Pros

      Performance is a family owned business. I work closely with the owners and they treat us very well. I've worked here for seven years and I can't imagine working any where else.

      Parking but if that's the worst, it's not so bad!

      They were eager to line you up with van, tools etc., because they had no workers/ good workers

      Cons

      Management was unprofessional and hard to work with, work was never consistent and had lots of time off because of the lack of planning and coordinating from corporate side
