Absolutely awful place to work. One member of the team in particular is truly the most unpleasant person I’ve ever met in my working life. I would urge anyone considering a job in the finance team to seriously reconsider - unemployment would be a more favourable option. You will receive absolutely no training or support and then you will be hounded to get things done when you have no idea what you are being asked to do or how to do it. You could work 25 hours a day and be told you’re not doing enough. In the last year, half the finance team has left (some without even having a new job to go to) and the people who are still there are absolutely miserable. The environment is completely toxic and the culture is terrible. It is well known by management that this one particular person is awful but nothing is ever done about it despite a new member of the finance team handing their notice in every few weeks and not being replaced. Avoid like the plague.

CEO is very inappropriate, practically harasses every young attractive female employee. HR management is very poor and lack confidentiality. Generally bad management all round. Generally lack of any progression unless you tolerate CEO's advances. CEO has bragged about winning multiple lawsuits and says any employee who disagrees with him can sue him.
