Very stressful work environment with little regard for work - life balance. As a new graduate, I often worked until 9 pm trying to learn the role and keep up with expectations, largely due to limited mentoring and guidance. My manager also had a highly micromanaging style, requiring updates thrice a day. One incident that stood out to me was when there was a fire alarm evacuation in my building and I was told to continue working from a library instead. What surprised me most was that there was no concern expressed about whether I was safe before being asked to resume work.

Not a con for me but it's not a place that would suit people who can't pivot. You think insurance and think slow when the reality here is that were pretty fast paced and employees need to ready and willing to move with the speed of the business.
