Clear onboarding with helpful resources and supportive access to licensing. Good benefits and competitive pay. Flexible work schedule and supportive team culture (for remote setups).

Cons

Management communication is inconsistent and opaque. Frequent process changes without coordination across departments causes stress. Advancement opportunities are limited, particularly since leaving the previous ownership.

There are no pros to working here now that they are not owned by synchrony

Cons

No independence, no flexibility, no clear communication from upper leadership to front line leads, rash changes, no proper implementation of changes (you just get an email on Friday afternoon), no consistency, extreme micromanagement, benefits are very poor, and you are treated like nothing more than a number
