      Pros

      The people employed there felt strongly about the well-being of pets.

      Cons

      The Board of Directors managed with threats and intimidation. There was no bottom up feedback and there was 100% turnover of upper management within 5 years. IMPOSSIBLE to achieve great results in such an atmosphere. Overall experience was toxic. Senior execs have a maximum 5 year lifespan.

      Pros

      - Many entry level positions available - Good pay for uneducated positions - As a company Petsecure works hard to develop their employees. Certifications / further education is strongly supported if that is something you're interested in pursuing. - Good culture / work environment, relaxed workplace - Many opportunities to move both vertically or horizontally within the company, and a fair bit of support is available to help make those changes over time.

      Cons

      - Top down micromanagement can be a problem - Repetitive, and at times frustrating work - Lack of communication can be problematic, especially between departments.

      Great Product, great staff, beautiful building. Benefit package is great. Allowed to bring your dog to work.

      Cons

      Too many tasks given to each person. The CEO changes his mind every second. Too many meeting. Asked to do tasks not part of your job.
