They sell highly quality products and have had consistent growth for most of the last several years. They are a seasonal company and some positions have pretty flexible schedules during certain times of the year.
Cons
Many flavors of favoritism are rampant here, meaning your experience can vary wildly depending on who you know, who your friends are, or your last name. This often leads to a toxic environment of back-stabbing and rumor mongering in an effort to gain a leg up in currying the favor of those in charge.
