      Unprofessional place to work - avoid

      Good benefits Good pension scheme Nice colleagues (not including management)

      Cons

      Horrid management - management are incredibly sexist and are openly derogatory about women - borderline sexual harassment - management-biased HR department - need to fit a certain demographic in order to be taken seriously by upper management - blame culture and work place ostracism - management use manipulation, psychological game playing and will halt your growth - unprofessional communication - bad language used frequently in conversation - aggressiveness and bullying - overworked with poor training systems in place

      - most people are nice enough - continual investment into research and equipment - very smart colleagues

      Cons

      - incredibly poor work-life balance - burnout inducing - understaffed - over worked - A LOT of favouritism - you won't get recognition unless you absolutely scream about it - unless you are a 'red' personality, you're not deemed valuable (discovery insights have blown up the ego of many individuals)
