1. Horrible work timings, they will make Loss of Pay for you even if you check in by 1min late but you are loaded with work upto 3hrs excess of time. 2. No leaves provided upto 1 year from the date of joining you'll get loss of pay if you take leave within a year 3. Top level employees are of less experience and don't have proper knowledge 4. Partiality to the employees by the management, even they provide two types of tea, good one for higher level employees bad one for lower level employees 5. Product quality us very poor they won't follow any process. 6. They will give many promises but never satisfies them 7. You can't find an employee more than a year 8. You'll get fired without any prior notice, many employees are fired so. 9. You won't get knowledge about product life cycle and you will never come up with a quality product. 10. No extra benefits apart from your salary.
