      Learnt a lot about the tourism industry Fast paced environment Hard working Staff Met a lot of great customers, suppliers and stakeholders

      Too much company politics Management behave very toxic towards staff As a manager I was chastised for speaking up on behalf of the other staff No Culture diversity
