Horrible management and employee relationships

Management has totally left the scene and we have poor work force as far as skill. Be prepared for zero accountability as I have been dealing with an employee spitting tobacco all over the shop in my area for over a year…..team leader’s supervisor safety and hr can’t figure out a solution…..mind blown ..years ago they wouldn’t of just walked someone out for this now they just talk to them repeatedly. I can’t wrap my head around this.

to much mandatory overtime. management expects you to be there 6 days week . management always come up with solution that make things worse for employees. They seem to think employees should pay them for the privlege to work there

Pay not commensurate with qualifications or jobs responsibilities

Communication between management and employee about personal performance isn’t the best.

Can be political similar to any large company.

It is a busy and fast paced organization, if you have what it takes to keep up, this really isn't a "con" or bad thing.

Management will promise you whatever and will say anything just to get you out of their office. You're just a bother to them. The pay scale is terrible. If someone starts out at bottom pay, it would take about 25 years to hit top pay. Employees are leaving in massive numbers due to feeling mistreated and disrespected by management. Some employees don't care for quality or workmanship and everyone down the line pays the price, there is no accountability for employees. I'm actually saddened to see what was once a great company fall so hard due to mismanagement.
