Extremely low compared to competitors, inconsistent pay, the staff is primarily alumni/kids, and will occasionally work long hours just for projects to be scrapped.

Pros
This company is trying to transform their communities and does their best to reach get underprivileged students involved. The CEO really does care for the students in the program and the cities they work with. I learned a lot working with their team, they really give a lot of freedom.
Cons
Still a rather small company, as it is still in the pre-seed phase. If you work hard, you can expect a lot of growth.
