1.There is a social hierarchy within this company. For instance, the Pink Stork Promo marketing videos are done in the warehouse and only a select group of girls with a certain ethnicity are chosen for these photoshoots to promote the product for the brand. 2. They called me in for a promotion, yet gave my position to someone else, after telling me to bring in my resume, and offered it to a man. 3. The operations team is strictly manual work. The office team does not interact at all with operations. It’s very segregated and creates an unfair workplace. 4. There is extremely high turnover. I worked there for three months and five people were terminated/quit/ or moved elsewhere in the company. So there’s no stability and it creates an anxiety induced atmosphere. An employee I worked with started crying in fear of being fired for making an error and was fired the next day. 5. Pink Stork opened up a new office, outside of Saint Augustine, and it was located in Jacksonville, Pink Stork moved all the office employees to the Jacksonville Location. Leaving the Saint Augustine office with little to no communication to the office team that was barely there to begin with. 6. Management is young and negligent, as well as juvenile and not professional at all, they lack education and the basic fundamentals to run a team, that’s why there is high turnover. On several occasions, leadership has yelled at employees for errors. 7. Over the summer, there is a group of special needs workers who work with the operations team, please note this if you are not use to working with special needs. 8. There is no legitimate, formal training for new hires. They will put you in any role, even if you don’t have the proper training just to fill in the role of the previously terminated employee. 9. This place is not diverse, I would not suggest working here if you are a person of color. This is emphasized by a certain demographic of women working in the office, whereas the women of color are working in the warehouse. This creates an imbalanced workplace. 10. Crude jokes about fertility are often used in the workplace. 11. Employees are often fear mongering other employees about who was previously fired. It seems like it’s a running gag. 12. There is infestation in certain products. Such as the sweets or lactation gummies. 13. Very divided, alienating, discriminatory atmosphere. 14. If you work on the operations team, you will be taking out the trash and cleaning the toilets, sweeping, and mopping. This task can be easily delegated to Janitors. 15. Machinery is outdated or fails to work as intended. 16. The management is where the high turnover comes from, management often make crass jokes and comments amongst one another. It’s a competitive atmosphere in there. 17. They offered to promote me, asked me to bring in my resume, encouraged me to apply for new position, and turned around and gave my position to someone else of the opposite race and opposite gender. (Read in between the lines). This rejection was done in front of my operations Supervisor. 18. There’s partiality between some of the employees and owner, for instance, The CEO, Amy Suzanne takes some employees golfing, creating a superiority complex in the workplace. 19. If you work here, expect people from your team to either quit or be moved, there is no consistency as I said. 20. Management will reprimand and raise their voices if a minor error is made.

Petty drama sometimes. It’s hard working with all women. Sometimes you feel like your supposed to know everything immediately
