I love this place - it changed me forever in the best way possible
Pros
This is an amazing company, and I'm leaving only because of emigration to a different country - Work hard, earn your privileges, and this is probably one of the least KPI driven environments you can work in - Competitive commission scheme - Amazing client base - you don't have to hard sell to candidates, and the brand speaks for itself when you try to do BD - Upper management cares about your professional and personal growth, and respects your wishes in which space you want to grow into - Great cross-team collaboration, you can make deep friendships with everyone in the team - Solid systems that prevent in-fighting/toxic competition - Extremely low turnover, maybe 1/2 ppl leave per year, most other companies are 5x more than that - One on one with the CEO, and getting his perspective on your recruitment pipeline and he will also work hard on you to improve yourself - You got to work hard obviously, but compared to other agencies that penalizes you when you're late or stuff like that, you get into work because you genuinely want to make money and spend good time there. This is my family away from home.
