Pipe has pulled together the best and brightest of engineers, data scientists, managers, etc. so everyone gets the opportunity to learn from each other. It feels like every individual at Pipe is unique and gets to apply their strengths. The tech stack is modern and tooling is near perfectly devoid of bugs and has proper documentation. Chatter about latest technologies and attempts to explore is commonplace and an opportunity to share ideas. Your ideas are respected and you'd almost always implement them with substantial contribution from the entire team. The compensation is one of the best on the market since we have enough funding and a long runway.
Cons
If you're looking for a gargantuan tech company with countless PMs and scrum masters who write tickets for you to pick up, this is not the place for you. Almost everyone is performing at the senior level so be ready to take on the initiative to fix the most annoying bugs, write clean and highly optimized code, bring forth amazing ideas/solutions. Less diverse but getting better.
