However, an individual from the education sector engaged in office politics and ascended to the position of CEO of the entire foundation. That moment marked a turning point for many of us. This individual lacks a coherent strategy and often speaks without substance. Currently, the organization has lost its core health expertise. While they present a polished image externally, internally, many ambitious projects have failed. It’s perplexing that donors seem oblivious to this reality. Ajay sir is a wise leader; he should take a closer look at the impact this CEO has had on the organization. It’s truly disheartening.
