Pros

Nothing left. Few years back it was a wonderful place but the changed CEO has made it a horrible place. The board needs to look into it. Allthe sr staff is leaving WHY

Cons

Everyone is leaving, CEO is selfish, only bothered abut himself and his old team. All the team members from the other verticals are disrespected and treated badly till they leave. Money is misused. Donors need to look at it. Gandhi fellows misreport and those wrong reports go to the donors

Pros

The programs were good but now being killed

Cons

The large part of the senior management has left because of the arrogance and high handed attitude of the CEO. Since 2 years he hasn't been able to set the organization. HR controlled by him so nothing works. His salary is very good but not willing to pay others

Pros

Local organization from Ajay Piramal family

Cons

Over the past five years, the most dedicated employees who poured their heart and soul into transforming Piramal Swasthya from a mere vendor into a true development partner have been systematically removed from the organization. Initiatives like the ADT from the health team played a crucial role in the program's success, attracting significant funding from various global donors. However, an individual from the education sector engaged in office politics and ascended to the position of CEO of the entire foundation. That moment marked a turning point for many of us. This individual lacks a coherent strategy and often speaks without substance. Currently, the organization has lost its core health expertise. While they present a polished image externally, internally, many ambitious projects have failed. It’s perplexing that donors seem oblivious to this reality. Ajay sir is a wise leader; he should take a closer look at the impact this CEO has had on the organization. It’s truly disheartening.
