      • Got foot in the door in the contracting world • Offers benefit options

      Cons

      • Pays $7,000 to $14,000 less annually than the other contractors for the same exact job (which supposedly you’re not supposed to talk about) • No relocation assistance, on short-notice • Have to stay in 5 years to be vested in retirement • One year exclusivity clause in contract post-separation • Weird time zone differences with others in team
