      Pros

      Good initial pay, always something to do, used to have free gym membership which I believe us only half covered now

      Cons

      Toxic environment, lots of backstabbing and underhanded situations. Frequently refuse requests for raises, pays under industry standard for some roles, dodgy management.

      Pros

      Nice team of girls in a company with a good business model. Nice comfortable office

      Cons

      The owner will only take staff on a self employed basis, but expects you to act like you are employed. Basically wants her cake and eat it! Quite an aggressive agent too. Not doing great financially from when this was posted. So, not for everyone.

      In the right team the day can be fast paced. Not an average 9-5, little bit more of a lifestyle job (events, cafes, open houses, getting out of the office day - to - day).

      Cons

      No/ unclear progression unless getting into sales. Sales sales sales.
