      - The hiring managers and HR department were clear, open, and efficient during the interview and on-boarding process, which was a great way to start. - Planetly have a compelling SaaS solution in the Climate-Tech space that is well placed to meet growing demand. - Planetly are a for-purpose, for-profit organisation. They care about making a positive impact. - Exciting prospects for personal and professional development.

      Pros

      Remote work, nice people I knew there, good company vision to help environment.

      Cons

      The pace and amount of work is amazingly hard to keep up. I’ve worked previously on big companies and this is too much. Lack of coordination between teams. Some situations that I felt bad and somehow like targeted.
