1. Turn around time on products is very quick.....too quick 2. Management honestly does not know what they are doing, always rushing products out of the door, way before they are ready. 3. Working staff way beyond any acceptable level. 4. Favouritsm runs rampant and is often seriously misplaced. 5. Company shares are treated as a way to withhold pay rises and any form of bonuses 'We are all owners and have to do what we have to do' is the warcry of management when instantly trying extiquishing any conversation they want to avoid. 6. Staff morale was and I have been told still is very, very low. 7. Products that may have been able to succeed are let down on the final stretch by no innovative thinking when it come to marketing, then the blame set at other peoples feet.

This company sadly gives the impression of being a front, or a shell for senior management's “C-Suite’ wannabe lifestyle. The people in charge play business, they don't actually know how or seem to want to learn how to run a business. The worst thing is that good and talented people who think they are living their dream of working in Video Games are actually being horribly treated. Good pay and the promise of stock options when starting cover initial concerns of a non existing leadership plan. The management that does attempt to move projects forward plead (or warn) that to succeed you must “wear a lot of hats”. This is quickly turned to a criticism if you don’t over work yourself and take on projects that aren’t actually a part of your job description. I cannot stress this enough, you will be ostracized for pointing our issues or concerns. The company uses predatory practices to lengthen probations so that they can terminate you when it is most appropriate for them. This company talks good game, it has good pedigree, and its creative team want to make good games, but the reality is this company couldnt hit water if it fell out of a boat.
