      There really are no pros

      Cons

      Where do I start. Lack of professionalism. No corporate culture. Reporting lines have not been thought through. No respect for your expertise or knowledge. Though not extreme, there is a level of bullying to push you in to thinking they are right when they definitely are not. The pay is significantly below market value with absolutely no perks. Even though one of the company values is “Be Kind” it definitely doesn’t apply to employees. The list really is endless

      Pros

      The company is growing extremely quickly and does a great job at keeping employees, partners, and customers fully engaged and satisfied.

      Cons

      I truly cannot think of any. It is a startup company (Series A w/ <200 employees), with a great startup culture, and the Company, as well as management, reward those who meet and exceed performance expectations. They are also very open about career progress / pathing and goals, and work with people to achieve those.

      Recruitment process is amazing, Onboarding and training is excellent. Benefits and rewards are nice.

      Cons

      Management thereafter is very flawed, Openess and honesty, which is one of the values, is not used by middle management. There is a lot of favouritism going on which makes certain individuals untouchable and their rudeness has to be tolerated and must not be challenged.
