Pros
Not much to say in the pros section apart from the WFH culture.
Cons
* Even though WFH culture is there but they really expect you to be available for 24 hrs duty. * Too much of work load with unrealistic deadlines and constant threat of firing. * No help from seniors and you are well on your own. * People giving you projects and targets themselves have no idea about how to do the task and they expect things to be done within unrealistic deadline. * The worst work culture maintained by the VP of the company just makes it miserable to work. People have left the company within months of joining.
