Everyone is paid to be a ground tech but asked to go up on the roof day one. Nobody wears a harness. It’s incredibly dangerous and none of the crew leads care about safety. They don’t wear harnesses so nobody else does. Management couldn’t care less about safety and provides one optional safety training that lasts maybe 5 minutes. STAY AWAY.

Minimal pay while expecting expert quality and knowledge. Poor management that seem to not know anything about the position or what is needed. Long work days and most of the time you are traveling 1.5 hours away at least, sometimes 3-4+ hours of travel on top of work, with no hotel, no food or food reimbursement. So could be driving and getting home very late. They state it's a 4 Dat work week but will mandate 5th day often and without more than a weeks warning. Frequently do not have all the hardware or product packed to perform the job fully unless you can get a runner to bring it or have extras. Will end you running all over mid job to hunt down missing essentials.
