      Plus marketing excels in leadership support, training, promotion pathways. They make adequate efforts to make sure that employees are properly trained. They also have a structure that gives room for everyone to be ascertain of their career progression as long as they are deserving of it. Once they see your talent and skill, they'll give you the room to show all that you can bring to the table
