      - Supportive and positive environment - No huge hierarchy - Senior employees are approachable and friendly - Huge networking opportunities - Lots of travel - Great place to kick off your career

      Cons

      - Only 1-year contracts for juniors and pretty low salaries or other benefits (NGO standard) - Lack of hierarchy something causes difficulties - Lack of visibility and recognition on the junior level
