Pros
Work hours were reasonable, insurance options and PTO being given in a lump sum was also nice.
Cons
Anyone and everyone is disposable. No matter how hard you work or what ideas you bring to the table thay can and will fire you for any to no reason at all. Instead of confronting people and giving the opportunity to grow and improve, they go straight for punishment and termination of employment. Showing initiative and more than basic skills is frowned upon. They want brainless yes men (literal men, NO women), not free thinking people with ideas and suggestions other than their own.
