      Pros

      freedom to set own hours and pace. collaboration with execellent and skillful people was rewarding. good place to learn top knowledge and technology related to synthetic peptide mfg.

      Cons

      very unorganized company with lack of direction, inaccurate systems, leadership from top. Lacks operational and quality depth and needs improvments to have reliable systems and platforms, to sustain its knowledge on peptides. Can be unrewarding when you don't get acknowledged for the struggles during chaos.
