      Pros

      Management and coworkers are supportive and commissions are great. Great environment to be in.

      Cons

      No other benefits apart from Comms, and hours can be long. Calls for agents can also be stressful, but this depends on the type of call.

      Senior management are extremely unapproachable, they blame everything on middle management, and have zero accountability for the way they speak to people, creating a toxic work place. Zero progression opportunities, constant being put down and no wins are ever celebrated.
