Downsides: 1) Poor sanitation environment - There is a common toilet for male and female staff. Budgeting is done to the level that for many days there is no hand-wash or tissues or even water. 2) Management - 0% employee benefits. All benefits are only of the employer. 3) No flexible timings, Salary deductions due to late comings, sandwich policies, and any rule which could be just made up at that very moment. 4) Location - Not at all employee friendly. 5) Office politics - Favourism at its best can be experienced at this workplace. Witnessing employees those who are favoured breaking rules, while others slogging is a common scenario. 6) Extended work timings - This is so normal due to no process being established.

I will list down few cons : - Every morning you will get to experience one of the direction yelling and abusing the employees - You would also not get your salary for the days you have worked or deducted salary - You would be asked to leave the organisation if the management feels so and that also immediately - The organisation have no process everything in the company depends on the mood of both the directors - No job security - you might end up working till 12 at night and even on Saturday and Sunday - You might feel complete useless because of the bad behaviour of the management towards you The management does nothing but merely exploits their employees
