      Pros

      Very steady job with steady income, rewarding experience, direct experience working with clients, company feels tight knit and family-like. Paid trainings!

      Cons

      Always understaffed and having to work extra, not being able to get off of work unless you can get your own shift covered, high burn-out rate and low pay. Work never stopped due to having to constantly get emails, texts, or have last minute mandatory trainings.
