      - I Joined the company as a Project Manager (3 months ago) and I'm proud of joining a company that is a leader in the Renewable Energy Field. - I feel good knowing that we are helping to make a positive impact in the world by working here. - Is a fast-growing environment with lots of great challenges on a daily basis. I'm very happy on my new role. - I love that I can collaborate with people from all over the world. - Diversity and Inclusion are top initiatives. - The work environment is great, I immediately felt part of the team and adapted very quick to the new position. - My workspace is very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.

      * The company is growing so fast that some of the processes need to improve to be more efficient. * It also needs more personnel to distribute the workload accordingly to get more efficient support from others. * No Working from Home flexibility

      Great work environment, with kind coworkers. Always looking to improve, with the recent renovations has allowed us to support our growing back office.

      With growth there does come some struggles with miscommunication at times but definitely working through it.

      Pros

      Since joining, I’ve seen firsthand how committed the company is to continuous improvement—not just in business growth, but in how it supports and empowers its people. I’ll admit, I had some doubts before accepting the offer due to negative comments. But my experience has been completely different. What I’ve found is a collaborative, forward-thinking team and a workplace that’s evolving and thriving.

      Cons

      As a foreign company establishing operations in the U.S., the early stages naturally involved some trial and error. Adapting to a new market and culture was a challenge—but one that the company has successfully overcome. It’s clear for me that those initial hurdles have led to meaningful growth and stronger alignment with the local environment.
