Pros
The only reason you'd want to work here is the fact that you can get to be around the latest products in the automobile industry.
Cons
The physical workplace, the workload, the people, absence of a systematic approach to work, and the absence of any sort of accountability. The people are an absolute horror to be around, and no not on Day 1... But as the days progress, and you get sucked into the giant testosterone filled blackhole, people start revealing their true colors. Laying employees off after telling them that they're safe is the most hypocritical thing to do as an organisation as the world is amidst battling a pandemic and this organisation definitely crossed the line there. I wish someone would call them out and drive some sense into their high heads and shake them back to reality.
