I'm sorry to hear about some of the things you didn't enjoy while working with us. We do provide full comprehensive on the job inductions and follow on training in addition to a suite of online and in person training modules to upskill all of our colleagues and ensure they have the tools they need to do the job. With regards to our management staff, we hire staff who match the skillset and competencies required to do the job in addition to providing management staff with ongoing training to ensure that our teams are run in a positive and motivating way.
