Pros
Flexible working - we are contracted 10-4pm weekdays and get to make up the rest of the hours however we want. They live their values... these are just statements they are a way of life at Powerhouse. The culture is great and the trust to do your job is great as well. We have 4 company days a year (Quarterly) to down tools and focus on employees and Powerhouse.
Cons
Location isn't the best in the area, but that is a small detail for what we get back
