Some of the colleagues are really smart. If you are open to learning new things, you can learn a lot.
Cons
Every aspect of management reeks of absolutely incompetence. They keep pushing people to work harder and harder. Some of us were forced to work for 11-12 hours a day and even in some weekends and even holidays!. The CEO and CTOs boast a lot but actually have no idea how to create a product or retain employees. Constant restructuring and priority changes are plaguing this company. Lastly, they laid some employees off within four months of recruiting, even after no performance related issues and citing company restructuring. It is up to you if you wanna work in a company who cannot even plan for a short period of four months.
