Pros
Great people to work with, and very flexible with time off/vacation. Also frequent bonuses given out.
Cons
The management and growth potential here is terrible. While an employee I was lied to multiple times, and told I would be advancing and holding certain positions and then was not given any of those positions based on political and personal feelings of others within the company. There was poor management structure, and a very small HR department to handle complaints or advancement. All advancement did not feel merit-based, and in the end all of these cons drove me to leave the company.
