      Pros

      I have great coworkers and amazing managers. I really do feel that we are pushed to do our best and make the guest experience as good as possible. We really do put patient care first and try to do everything we can for their care.

      Cons

      The company is often trying new initiatives and this can feel overwhelming at times yo keep up and perform.
