      - Good learning experience - Client interaction

      Cons

      - Mental harassment - Toxic and abusive work culture - Exploitative practices - Unprofessional behavior - Low pay for long and grueling hours, no overtime compensation, and unsafe travel for women. Even if they are asked to stay late, there are no facilities to drop them home safely at 3 or 4 in the morning, and they are only reimbursed for a cab - Unresponsive and unaccountable upper management - Verbal abuse from managers is tolerated and unchecked, with no policy in place to protect employees
