      No pros. No Pros. No pros.

      Cons

      They don’t care about you. Push you to work ridiculous hours. No social life. They promise you something and then they give you something else. Management don’t listen to you at all. No professional progression. You use 2/3 of your salary on travel and no increase on salary. 25k with no increase no matter how long you work here.

      Fast paced and never a dull moment. Colleagues are great to work with. There is an attitude and a desire, despite the lack of systems and proper management structures, to make it work

      Cons

      HR are a shambles and have no formal processes around appraisals and reviews. This means no one is able to develop in a structured and controlled manner. Whilst Operations try hard to bring structure to the business the ELT are lacking the breadth and depth of management experience to create a business with long term prospects
