1 . Company have 2 core employee who are directors and rest(total 4 people are there when i left) are Interns cause no one will stay here more than 3 month because of its policy and experienced people won't join . 2. They hire only interns. In the name of priceIq.in Which is their product . The company nane is Saanch software . The first problem starts here. 3. They provide a one page offer letter which looks completely fake to other companies (4 companies rejected me as an experienced after seeing that)and no use of that in future. salaries are just normal transfers to savings account .its not a company. You can call a room with bunch of freelancers. No salary slips. 4. You will work, get good food and become a permanent employee also. But the problem starts when you look for a job change. When you go for next job as an experienced person they will first ask for salary slip. Its not there. If they agree to show bank account statement you even can't show it as a proof . As they are just normal transfers. Not as salary. If thats also okay when you provide your offer letter and experienced letter They will search for the company in google. Now its done. They don't have a website of saanch software. And as per Ministry corporation Authority (MCA ) they are registered in uttar pradesh. And they provided a offer letter with address of Bangalore.Which is a clear conflict. So you will be completely thrown out of the interview process, thats what happened with me. Even you cant use your internshala (where they hire interns) application to show that you are genuine. Cause they hired you with priceiq.in and gave offer letter of saanch software. After working some months or year you will be fresher again. Not experienced. Serious advice - Never ever ever join this company. I wrote all this to save someone from what i have gone through.
