      Pros

      People are very friendly, training is always available. Good work atmosphere, Hours can be flexible if needed

      Cons

      Pay salary is not high enough. When you see what other companies are offering for the same kind of work or less responsibility there should be a better pay scale.

      Pros

      I was able to counter for a decent (not wonderful but decent) salary by leveraging my experience.

      Cons

      Never trained. Constantly feeling on edge, yelling in hallways completely hostile coworker who believe they are better. Sold a lie about a thriving business who needed "innovativtors" just to be laid off 5 months later on a random Wednesday mid morning. My PTO despite being a "bank" dropped 1/1/2024 was withheld from me and prorated.
