Pros

shiny benefits package. That's all.

Cons

Management is toxic, sociopathic, incompetent and bizarre. I have never experienced anything like it. Mass redundancies because they prefer to continuously blame employees for their failures, and try to "fix" this by constant redundancies. Racist, sexist, elitist and absolute toxic environment. HR are aware, but only manage these issues in ways that "protect" the business.

Good salary, like my colleagues, technology does what it says on the tin and have some great clients.

Cons

Benefits follow American model and a bit weird for Europe.
