I bet you even god too fail to find a single pros here. All positive reviews is from management. My genuine request to freshers is to never ever join such crap organization or else you will suffer a lot.
Cons
Lots of cons: 1. Work environment is worst. 2. Employee talent and work will never get appreciated. 3. The owner insults his employees openly and owner enjoys it lot. 4. Sweeper earns lots than engineering degree holders here. 5. Owner never keeps his promises. During appraisal owner showcases your thousands mistakes and let you down. 6. Premises is under CCTV surveillance so that owner keep track of employees activities. 7. You will never get your employment documents like offer letter, joining letter on time. 8. Technologies using are of 20 years old so no advantages to employees. 9. Zero learning only frustration.
