      Not great but it's OK.

      Cons

      CEO and founder have BIG attitude. Difficult to settle. Micromanage I don't think they are growing, opposite of what you will listen from them.

      Opportunity to learn and grow. Hard work pays well here. No nonsense and truthful management. No micromanagement if you're doing what you're hired to do.

      Revenues are growing like anything.Free food will be nice. Since the team is small, management positions are scarce.
