You get hired on as part time and you have to work your way up to full time. You don't receive benefits such as insurance or PTO unless you're a full time employee. There is no confidentiality between bosses and base employees. There is a lot of hypocrisy amongst hire up employees. You will be worked to death and expected to show up regardless of weather conditions. If it snows you are asked to stay the night to ensure that you can be there to work the next day.

Inadequate training, not enough staff, very little opportunity for promotions. Basically, this place is run by the same people that started when the property was a logging operation. None of them have college degrees, and most have no idea what 5-star service looks like. Most positions are revolving doors that burn out employees in less than a year. Unless you are willing to put up with 10+ years of underpaid and undervalued labor, look elsewhere.
